I love pairing a chambray shirt with a maxi because it really dresses down the look but still looking cute at the same time. Also I love how if you just add a pair of super cute wedges and an evening bag it totally changes the look of a maxi. Hope y'all enjoy these looks! 

Summer so far

Okay so I know that I haven't been the best blogger out there, but I was just so busy with school that I totally forgot out Bowties and Belles completely! Anyways, I'm back for the long haul and ready to blog about awesome things! I just want to share with you some of my pictures from summer so far. My big trip that I went on this year was to Gulf Shores, AL for The Hangout Music Festival. It was so awesome, some of the artists that were there were Mac Miller, Skrillex, Dave Matthews, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack White, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, and Young the Giant to just name a few. If you enjoy music and the beach then this is the place for you! It is probably the happiest place I have ever been to! Hope you enjoy all my pictures so far, and I promise not to let y'all down this time!

Christmas Break

I'm so sorry I haven't been blogging very much. I was so swamped with finals and getting everything moved in and out I barely had time to breathe. However, my winter break was so relaxing! It was so nice not to have a schedule for once and just do whatever I feel like. I did some crafting, visited some friends and family, worked out and of course did some shopping. I just want to share a couple of photos from my winter break. Post some of yours as well, I would love to see what everyone did over their breaks! Hope you guys enjoy!

Weekend Update!

So sorry I haven't be blogging much, I've been so busy with school and ADPi I haven't had much time to do anything at all! Luckily this week I will have a somewhat less stressful week, plus this weekend we have our Mallard Ball so I will definitely be posting pictures and talking about my fabulous experience there! However, here are some pictures from this weekend, it was our last football game, so sad, and we only lost by 1 point in overtime. They put up a good fight though! Still proud to be a jayhawk! ROCK CHALK!!
